Elise V. Bouchard
Attorney Elise V. Bouchard currently represents and counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, custody and divorce law, domestic violence, and civil litigation. Prior to moving back home to Florida in 2013, she was in-house counsel for a medical billing company and physician network nearby Charlotte, North Carolina. From 2014-2016, she practiced family law for a firm in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Ms. Bouchard was born in Fort Myers, Florida, and grew up in Charlotte County. She earned her bachelor of arts in mass communications and political science and a master of arts in journalism and media studies, both from the University of South Florida. She earned her juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University while working at the State Legislature. Ms. Bouchard is a member of the Florida and North Carolina Bars.
In her commitment to serve her community, Ms. Bouchard acts as a board member of the Imagine Charter School at North Port and is a member at Edgewater Methodist Church. Ms. Bouchard is an active member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and part of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2018. Ms. Bouchard is blessed with a supportive husband and two children.
